Her Cyclical
Nervous System
Our culture is depleting women.
Reclaim your capacity by working with your cyclical nervous system rather than against it.
2.5 hour recorded training
GET INSTANT ACCESS · $47 AUDThere are two things most space-holders aren't trained in:
a woman's cyclical nature &
her nervous system.
Yet, both systems are fundamental to her lived experience.
They impact how you show up for her... and how she responds to you.
This training experience is for you if…
✦ You work with women and want to bring a female-body-centered lens into your approach
◯ You've studied the cycle, or the nervous system, but no one showed you how the two impact each other
✦ You want to lead as an embodied woman, in sync with your cycle, attuned to your nervous system, felt by every woman in your space
◯ You want to stay ahead of your industry, as women increasingly expect the practitioners they trust to understand the cycle & female nervous system
✦ You're ready to expand your offerings, grow your income, and run your business in a way that feels impactful and sustainable

Your training skipped the language of the female body
Think back to your training. Yoga, coaching, nutrition, fitness, somatics, psychology - the chances are you were taught one body. One model, one set of cues, one way of working, applied to every person in front of you. The female body, with her hormones, her cycle, her own nervous system, most likely didn't come up at all, right?
And that one-size-fits-all model leaves a big gap in the space you are holding.
The model was built on research done almost entirely on men. Women were excluded from clinical research until 1993, and we are still catching up. So the "standard body" you were trained on was, in reality, a male body, applied to women as if hers would simply respond the same way.
And shocking news... it doesn't.
The hormonal shifts of her cycle are neurological. The rise and fall of estrogen and progesterone directly shape her stress tolerance, her emotional resilience, her pain perception, and how much her nervous system can carry on any given day.
You've felt this yourself first hand, even without the language for it. Some weeks you hold your sessions with ease, other weeks you're rehearsing your opening lines, refreshing the sign-up page, over-giving in class, and lying awake replaying one comment from a client. Same business, same you, just different capacity and resilience. It's not only hormones, it's a cyclical nervous system mismanaged.
"This class was really eye-opening for me!
I loved learning how our NS capacity changes across the different phases of the cycle, and how I can best support myself throughout the month. Especially as a somatic coach and yoga teacher, I find this knowledge to be a fundamental piece to include in my work."

Her primary regulator is oxytocin
Most of what you've been taught about regulating the nervous system was built for a body running on dopamine. That system rewards you for output, and a lot of the wellness world is built right on top of it (ice baths, Int. Fasting, High Intensity training).
A woman's body runs differently. Oxytocin is her primary regulator, and it's generated through the things a productive culture treats as optional. Warmth, slowness, pleasure, touch, connection. When she's living in survival states, or pushing through week after week, oxytocin is one of the first things to deplete, and her hormones are impacted (hello menstrual symptoms).
This is the piece that makes sense of all the things you've been encouraged to do but maybe never fully understood.
E.g. Why she can be doing every single thing on the self-care list and still feel depleted.
In the class we'll go into how this works, and then you'll feel it, because we'll do an oxytocin-generating somatic practice together live.
Her Cyclical Nervous System
In this 2.5 hour, experiential training, you'll learn:
✦ How your nervous system shifts through all four phases of your cycle. Where you have peak resilience and fast recovery from stress, and where recovery slows right down.
◯ The four nervous system states, expressed somatically - sensations, thoughts, actions, and how each one shows up in your business and when facilitating. By the end you'll have awareness of your go-to states and your early warning signs
✦ The real meaning of cycle-syncing, as a self-love practice and a long-term lifestyle choice rather than another way to optimise yourself.
◯ What dysregulation looks like when you're the one holding space, and what becomes possible in your facilitation and business when your own capacity grows
✦ A 20min guided, oxytocin-generating somatic practice, so you leave with regulation tools you've experienced for yourself
✦ Bonus: The Cyclical Capacity Map for integration - a fill-in workbook
This is a taste of the work we spend 100 hours living and embodying inside the Menstrual Cycle Educator Certification, so you'll also get a real feel for how I teach and how the work lands in your body.

YOUR TEACHER
Hi Love, I'm Jaime
The founder of Cyclical Living, a trauma-informed school for Teachers, Coaches & Facilitators, and lead teacher of the Menstrual Cycle Educator Certification. I've trained over 70 women who are now carrying menstrual cycle education & female body wisdom into their own communities around the world.
My journey started as a yoga teacher who, after ten years of practice, felt like something was still missing. That missing piece was the connection to my womb, my cycle, and female body. For the last 7 years, I've been guiding women through personal transformation through the menstrual cycle, because I've found it to be the most powerful way to bring a woman back into her body and into deep trust with herself.
What sets my work apart is the bridging of evidence-based education and somatics. You'll understand the female nervous system with real depth, and you'll feel it in your own body, so this work becomes something you live, and something the women around you can feel.
Every year I take a group of women through the Menstrual Cycle Educator Certification, which is where this work goes deep over six months. This class is an experience of how I teach, and it will still be deeply impactful if this is as far as you want to go.

Her words...
Who you'll be on the other side
A woman who understands her own cyclical nervous system, and knows why some weeks she's resilient as F*k, and some weeks tender. You'll be the woman who proactively supports her nervous system instead of reactively, and prioritises expanding her window of tolerance through living cyclically.
And in her work: you'll be the facilitator who leads with the female body in mind. The one who asks "where are you in your cycle?" and has a sense of what to do with the answer. The space-holder whose own attunement is something the women in her rooms can feel.
That's what a cycle-aware leader looks like in practice, and it's something your community will attune to before you even explain it to them with words. You're only 2.5 hours away.

If you want to take this further
Some women come to a class like this for themselves, and that's a whole thing on its own. Others get to the end and realise they want to carry this into the rooms they hold, with real depth behind them.
If that's you, the Menstrual Cycle Educator Certification is where that happens. It's 100 hours over six months, IPHM accredited, and 70+ women have come through it and are now teaching this work in their own communities. The next group opens on 30 September.
Consider this a taster of how I facilitate and share this education. And If you're only here for the 2.5 hours, that's completely welcome too.
This class is about becoming a cycle-aware leader. The certification is about becoming a menstrual cycle educator, which is a different thing again, and it's the path if you want to teach this work formally.
